Mike Sullivan
President & CEO
Mike is co-founder and President of Conversant Products. He brings over thirty years of consumer goods and high tech experience to the company. Mike provides the company with proven expertise in Management, Sales & Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Product Development, After Sales Service, Business Modeling and Opening New Markets.
Mike’s experience includes ten years with Ericsson/SonyEricsson Mobile Phones. His most recent assignment with Ericsson/SonyEricsson was Vice President, GSM Sales & Marketing, Americas. At Ericsson Mike was responsible for many initiatives including the design and implementation of their launch of GSM phones in the Americas as well as Ericsson’s accessory product portfolio and programs. Prior to Conversant, he spent 4 years with Strax, developing new businesses for the company, one of which became Conversant Products. Mike began his career with The Pillsbury Company, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility.
Mike holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.

The Conversant team in Hong Kong is led by experienced electronics-industry executives who specialize in engineering, design, procurement, production, quality-control, new product introduction, process development, fixturing, material qualification, vendor qualification and documentation systems.

Wallace Fan
Senior Manager of Engineering
Wallace has been a member of Conversant Products since being founded in 2007. As the Senior Manager of Engineering, Wallace is responsible for our New Product Introduction process and our rigorous Quality System process. Wallace has worked in the electronic manufacturing industry his entire career, holding various positions of increasing responsibility with prestigious companies including Phillips Displays and Microsoft. His primary focus has been on optoelectronics, including LCD/OLED displays, touch panels, various glass materials and camera modules. Wallace has proven functional expertise in launching new products, project management, and supplier quality engineering.
Wallace holds a BSc degree in Statistics from Simon Fraser University and a MSc degree in Industrial Engineering & Industrial Management from the University of Hong Kong.

Senior Manager of Operations
To joined Conversant in 2010 and as Senior Manager of Operations. To is responsible for the production activities in our Hong Kong and Philippines facilities. He is also responsible for our material management and logistics departments. To has been working in the electronics manufacturing industry, specializing in LCD/LCM production for over 15 years. His primary focus is to oversee projects from the initial new product Introduction through the successful transition to mass production. To delivers operational improvements to the process for optimum project management.
To holds a BSc degree in Industrial Manufacturing & Systems Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.
